I’m thinking that you have a lot of pens. I certainly do! And I bet, like myself, you don’t use the half of them.

What I plan to do, and I encourage you to do the same, is to test each pen on a piece of scrap paper to see if it still has some ink life left. If I find that there is no ink, I will throw out the pen. Unfortunately, I don’t think used pens have that little triangular imprint letting you know they can be recycled. If, many of the pens still write just fine, I plan to donate most of them to Good Will. The rest I shall keep and put to good use.
